Oakridge House

Attractive building with garden set amongst trees. Located in a gated private road on Cressex Business Park less than a mile from Junction 4 of the M40. Close to High Wycombe's sports centre, department store, shops and hotel.

Omega House

Modern purpose-built serviced office building. Located within easy walking distance of the town centre, close to the new shopping development and bus station. Railway station short distance away.

Except where otherwise expressly stated, the facilities and services described below are available at both centres. To see what is included within the monthly licence fee and what service charges apply see "Terms and Prices" above.

  • Telephone - Telephone service via digital ISDN lines. Voicemail, divert and hold music available. Lines linked direct to offices - may be switched to any other number (eg. mobile, call answering company) using abbreviated dial numbers, or answered by personalised voicemail which may be accessed externally.
  • Broadband Internet - Fast ADSL broadband via BT Fibre Internet. Dual service from two different Internet service providers provides a back-up in case of failure of any one service.
  • Parking - Large FREE car park on site. Parking is available on a first come first served basis.
  • Photocopying - Black and white photocopiers available.
  • Post & Franking - Postal distribution service and individual post trays. Franking machine lends businesses a more professional image plus savings on 1st and 2nd class mail.
  • Meeting Room - Meeting Room available to hire on an hourly or daily basis. Seats up to 10. Equipped with projection screen, whiteboard/flipchart and broadband. Computer training room available to hire on a daily basis - seats 6-8.
  • Refreshments - Omega House has kitchen facilities with a microwave on each floor. Oakridge House has a fridge and microwave available.
  • 24 hour access - Licence terms permit licensees to use the building at any time. Access via security coded locks on outer doors. Keys for individual offices.

  • Cleaning and Building Maintenance - Cleaning of offices and common parts of the building. Garden maintenance. Maintenance of heating, lighting and toilet facilties. On-site management office at Oakridge House.
